Privacy, plainly.

No cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts. Here's the little we do collect, why, and your rights. Last updated: 25 July 2026.

Who we are. NAM 9000 is developed by NAM9000 v/ Tommy Pedersen (CVR 46644662), Denmark. Contact: hello@nam9000.com. We are the data controller for the processing described here.

What we collect and why

1 · Download & update list (your email address). When you enter your email to get the download links, we store the address, a source tag and a timestamp, and use it to send the download email and occasional product updates — new versions, fixes and preset packs. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every update email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all update emails immediately. We keep the unsubscribed address only so we don't accidentally re-add you — email us to have it deleted entirely.

2 · Purchases. Preset packs are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — they process your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive your order id and purchase email in order to generate and deliver your license.

3 · Activation reports. When a purchased pack is unlocked in the app, it sends a one-time report: pack id, order id and an anonymized device hash (no hardware identifiers we can reverse). This is disclosed in the license email and used solely to detect shared or abused license keys. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in protecting paid content. Unlocking itself works fully offline — this report is non-blocking and one-time.

4 · Update check. The app asks nam9000.com at most once per day whether a newer version exists. This is a plain web request carrying no personal data, no account and no identifiers; the reply only shows a small update notice in the app — nothing downloads or installs by itself. You can switch the check off in the app's settings, and it never blocks or delays anything. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping installed software current.

5 · Server logs. Our site runs on Cloudflare; standard, short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent) exist at the infrastructure level for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't do: no cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no selling or sharing of your data for marketing. The app itself contains no telemetry beyond the one-time activation report and the anonymous daily update check above.
